The process was easy and the cost was fair! The haulers were courteous and a pleasure to work with. The only drawback was having to enter my credit card number on someone else's phone -- it felt risky and unsanitary. Other than that, I highly recommend this service.

Tyler and Abaas were great. So kind, helpful and professional. They took such great care of my things and made sure I could get to boxes on the other end, placing items where I needed and making sure I wouldn't have to move or carry them very far. The only disappointing part was that I was given an estimate of 4-7 hours, and it ended up being 10.5. It seems there should've been one more person. Although Tyler and Abaas were excellent and worked very hard, it cost way more and took way longer than expected. This likely could've been remedied with better planning and more accurate estimate. Many other estimates I received included three people and were priced slightly higher, but I ended up paying the same amount here.

We were very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend your service. My only suggestion would be to supply your employees with disposable shoe covers for coming into clients homes. It was rainy and muddy out and I would really have appreciated dry shoe covers when walking on our carpets. But very satisfied overall. Zachary and Brendan were friendly, efficient, and very professional!!!
