Everything was great about my experience except the arrival time. I was slated for the movers to arrive between 8 and 9am, but they didn't leave the warehouse until 950. But other than that, things were great.

Tyler and his colleague were very professional and expert at moving the furniture out of a difficult situation. I am definitely going to hire them in the future.

On January 6, Tristan & Jonathan arrives right on time, walked thru the house to see what needed to moved. They went to work and had everything out in less than an hour, Took it to my house in Ballard & put everything where I wanted. Both of them were polite & pleasant to work with. If I ever have to move anything again, I will definitely call you

I had Matt and his coworker remove two sofas and two lamps. They did a great job - showed up earlier than scheduled (when does that ever happen!), called to make sure I knew they were coming and when I didnt answer the door (the early part), made short work of the removal, and were very polite, professional, and efficient. It was easy to pay using my credit card and I got a paper receipt as well as an email confirming payment. Not the cheapest haul-away service but great to work with and came out just a couple hours after I made contact so totally worth it.
