20% up-charge at the end was a little surprising and should have been mentioned at time of scheduling. Matts customer service was outstanding.

The two young men were polite, efficient and very hardworking. There was a bit of a mixup on the time as the text I received listed one hour earlier than what the crew had listed. It all worked out and they did a great job!

You guys were awesome! Friendly, upfront, unexpectedly fast, extremely accommodating, and not to mention two of the hunkiest nerds (we talked about video games) ever!

Satisfied completely with the work but today the crew were NOT wearing masks due to pandemic and the ones that were wearing masks took them off and/or the masks we're not safe (neck scarves). It was difficult to be around them or to communicate with them under these conditions. Please make sure they know how dangerous this is for your customers.

Ian and his partner (didnt catch her name) were delightful. Explained everything clearly upfront, were incredibly efficient in removing over half a trucks work of junk, and were overall just good people. Ive used your services twice now, and both experiences have been top-notch!!! Thank you for such great customer service!

Zack and Kevin were incredibly friendly right out of the gate. They explained the process very thoroughly and explained exactly what the cost was going to be before they even started removing my furniture.
