The two guys were great. Fast, friendly, efficient. It was a little more expensive then I thought. Your automated online system should have questions about mattresses, large items, coivd tip, etc versus just "how big is your load."They also were late. 10-12 was the window and I had to call at 12:15. Then I got updates, text, etc., but that should have happened before the time window expired. This is all stuff that could be improved at the admin/management level. Your front line workers were great.
