I was very appreciative that they could schedule me the same day I called. I paid for 1/6 of a truck and I honestly believe it was a smaller load than that, but I didn't want to haggle, so I just agreed. The guys who came by we're very friendly and efficient.

Really helpful and informative. The pricing was more than I thought, and I wish during the intake over the phone did not make me aware (or I forgot) about an additional 15% gratuity due to COVID. Other than that they were ontime, kind, and quick.

Tristan and Karel were quick, friendly, and professional. I only had one couch to haul away but they were careful and respectful of my apartment. And props to them for wearing masks when entering my place (and wearing them properly).
